We have had a huge number of entries and have reluctantly decided that we can't accommodate them all.  We have therefore withdrawn the events for J16, J17 and J18 single sculls in order t make the day more manageable.  We made this decision because we believe that this age group of single scullers (unlike younger J15s and J14s) are relatively well catered for at other regattas, and we also noted that many of them have doubled up into other events and will be able to race in those.  We recognise that this isn't the case for everyone and we are sorry to have to disappoint some of these younger competitors, but we had to lose some events in order to fit the racing into the 10 1/2 hours we had allocated.
