Rowing Events
Marlow hosts a number of rowing and related events (links on left and below in the order that they happen throughout the year) some run by the club and some run by other groups. Events include:

The Thames Valley Trial Head | Racing in three waves at Dorney in January. Run by the Marlow Regatta Committee. |

The Marlow Spring Regatta | A short course (c.900m) regatta held on the May Day bank holiday. |

The Marlow Town Regatta and Festival | A summer regatta in the town coupled with events and a funfair in Higginson Park and dragon boat racing the next day. Run by the Town Regatta and Festival Committee. |

The Marlow Regatta | Running since 1855 and a traditional pre-Henley regatta attracting an international entry. This event, run by the Marlow Regatta Comittee, is mainly for men, as it co-incides with Henley Women's Regatta. |

FirstRow Challenge | A regatta for people who have never rowed before (i.e. not"novices" as defined by the ARA but teams from pubs and workplaces). Hugely successful again in 2008, we are resting it for a year , then it will be back in September 2010. |

A very popular event in October, consisting of rowing machines, cycling and running. |

Long Distance Sculls | An October head race with both a long course and short course, for single sculls, doubles and (short course only) quads. |
