You may have heard that the founding club of the Marlow Rower's Revenge and home to training ground of some of Britain's greatest Olympians, was engulfed in flames recently and is now in need of a massive restoration project and fundraising campaign to restore the club to its former glory. So, who is the best? Who is the strongest, the fastest and best endurance all round endurance athlete? October 2nd sees the 17th Edition to the Rowers Revenge Triathlon in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Over 400 participants will Row 4km, Bike 24.5km and Run 5km & NEW for 2011 the Sprint Ergo Distance with a 2km Row, Bike 24.5km and 5km Run.
Now in its 17th year, this is very much an end of season tradition for many multi sport enthusiasts to try something different and this year really looks to make a difference with a massive plea to all sports enthusiasts to embark on taking up this end of season event and help make Marlow Rowing Club the premier Rowing Facility for present, past and future rowers to train from for years to come.
