Accessible from the M4 and M40, Marlow Rowing Club welcomes members from a wide area. The club has busy men's rowing, women's rowing, junior boys rowing, girls rowing and veterans rowing, many social rowers, learn to row courses and organises or helps run various rowing events. Marlow Rowing Club is seeking a Director of Rowing who will be responsible for the development of a High Performance programme and the overall coaching system at the club.  The core element of the role will be to work with all club coaches to ensure the delivery of effective coaching regimes consistent with MRC performance goals and BR guidance. 

July has been an outstanding month for Marlow Rowing Club, who have won 16 events and also picked up 3 silver medals and a bronze.
