How to Get Here

By Road

Marlow is next to the A404 between High Wycombe (M40) and Maidenhead (M4). Turn off at the roundabout on the A404 and come through Bisham. Marlow Rowing club is located by the southern end of Marlow Bridge, just on Marlow Bridge Lane

Please note: space for parking at the club is very limited. The hotel opposite, The Compleat Angler kindly allow us to use their lower car park (the one with stones) for overflow parking. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR MAIN PARKING AREA (the tarmac bit) - we are very lucky to have this facility and it will be withdrawn if misused.

There are also public car parks nearby in Marlow.

There is space for bicycle parking at the club (under the steps to the club and by the boat shed).

By Rail

Marlow has a railway station, which lies at the end of a branch line from Maidenhead and passes through Furze Platt, Cookham and Bourne End (where the train reverses direction or at some peak times you have to change train - check). The service is usually hourly. Check National Rail or download timetables from the Marlow-Maidenhead Passengers Association.

To get to MRC from the station is about a 10 minute walk and quite easy. Walk up Station Approach and you will see a pub called the Marlow Donkey ahead of you. Bear left past the Marlow Donkey on Station Road (i.e. not hard left down Lock Road) and you will pass a wall with overhanging ivy and then pass a barber's, Hunt's Hardware, Carvell's Newsagent and the Prince of Wales pub. Keep along Station Road and you will reach a double roundabout and Burger's chocolate shop/bakery/cafe. If you look to your left you will see the bridge, and MRC is at the other end of it.

By Bus

Bus timetables can be obtained from the Marlow-Maidenhead Passengers Association.
