If you're away at University and rowing with another club, or you've moved overseas or even training with the GB Squad, we'd like you to stay connected with MRC and welcome you back when you are around in the holidays or sub into boats.
MRC is also open to those who just want to join to use the gym. Gym membership costs £150 for the 2014-15 membership year (Oct 14 -Sept 15, pro-rated if you join part way through). Gym members are also MWSH Social members and can use the bar on the same basis as other members. To join, use the membership form available from our membership page.

Welcome to Marlow Rowing Club Women's Squad. Our women's squad trains and competes in all types of both sweep and sculling boats. The squad take part in local head races and regattas and our top crews aspire to compete at National and international events. We are actively looking for new members who wish to train and compete hard while holding down a job and having a social life.
We have passed a milestone with the new building, having reached "practical completion" stage with the builders. This means that while there are still minor works to do, and snagging to tidy up, the building is basically fit to go. This does mean that builders will continue to access the building over the coming weeks, including changing rooms, to remedy some known issues and to activate the lift.
Therefore the new club will be opening to the membership generally this weekend, to co-incide with the Long Distance Sculls on Saturday.
2015 Long Distance Sculls
The Long Distance Sculls event will take place on Saturday 24th October 2015.
We are offering one division over the long course, suitable for singles, doubles and quads.

After an exhausting weekend of seat racing and testing, all four of Marlow's junior girls plus Alex Haynes have been picked to represent GB this summer. Molly Harding and Heidi Long are off to the Junior World championships in Hamburg in August. Molly will race in the quad while Heidi is in the coxless four. Meanwhile, Rosalind Wilson, Erica Holmes and Alex Haynes will be packing their bags for Libourne near Bordeaux where this years Coupe de la Jeunesse (European Championships) takes place at the end of July. The girls will be racing in the quad and single respectively, while Alex has been selected for the double scull.
Bret King has been appointed as the sculling coach for the Coupe girls and the squad will be training out of Bisham before they go away so if you see them give them a cheer.
Congratulations to them all.
