The Int ermediate course is for juniors who have already l earnt to scull and are currently in a rowing progr amme. Course partcipants will currenly be either:
\n \nParticipants will have one session on the water each day (weather d ependent)\, with further activities on land. The e mphasis is on building on existing skills\, fun a nd participation. We will also include land-based elements taht include mibility\, flexibility and t echnique on an ergo. Particpants will be videod as a part of their coaching.
\n \nThe skills taught are progressive so we recommend that partic ipants attend all the sessions\, which will lead u p to a competition on the last day.
