Coxing is a great way to develop confidence and gain coaching skills. You’ll have a pivotal role in developing crews, helping them to succeed at training and in competitions. You’ll be responsible for motivation and directing your crew, and over time you’ll learn to coach them too. Equally, it give you the chance to train and socialise with your crew or squad.
