The Intermediate course is for juniors who have already learnt to scull and are currently in a rowing programme.  Course partcipants will currenly be either:

• J13 (school year 8)
• J14 (school year 9), or
• J15 (school year 10)

Participants will have one session on the water each day (weather dependent), with further activities on land. The emphasis is on  building on existing skills, fun and participation. We will also include land-based elements taht include mibility, flexibility and technique on an ergo. Particpants will be videod as a part of their coaching.

The skills taught are progressive so we recommend that participants attend all the sessions, which will lead up to a competition on the last day.

The session will last for two hours each day.
